I was pleasantly surprised by the room, which was nicer than I expected, although being on the 2nd floor made it a bit inconvenient without elevator access. The cleanliness could have been better, but overall, it was a decent stay. The service was wonderful, with friendly staff who went out of their way to fix any issues. The location was very convenient for our needs, close to the highway, good restaurants, and retail outlets, although it felt a bit overcrowded. The dining experience was a letdown in the morning, but the convenient location made up for it.

The hotel was in a perfect location for shopping at the outlet; I could seriously walk across the street and be there in no time. The rooms were clean and had plenty of space for my entire family, although they were a bit noisy due to other guests, it did quiet down eventually.
